Wire Talk-Go Wireless with Invisalign

Wire Talk is not always about wires!  Today it is about Invisalign, the non-bracket approach to a new smile.  Invisalign uses a series of invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners that no one can tell you're wearing. So, you can smile more during treatment as well as after. Invisalign is made with 3-D computer imaging technology and has been proven effective.

Not only are the aligners invisible, they are removable, so you can eat and drink what you want while in treatment. Plus, brushing and flossing are no problem, and they are very comfortable.  Curious how it works?  You wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.  As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move — little by little, week by week — until they have straightened to the final position we have prescribed. You'll visit us about once every six-eight weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned. Total treatment time averages 9-15 months and the average number of aligners worn during treatment is between 18 and 30, but both will vary from case to case.
