Happy National Punch Day- Fall Punch Recipe

It is apple harvest time in Washington State. Did you know we produce around 2/3 of all the apples grown in the United States?  We love to shop local at North Seattle Orthodontics, and now is a great time to head over to your local farmers market and grab some fresh WA apples for this recipe. 

 Since today is National Punch Day, and Saturday is the first day of Fall we thought it would be fun to share this delicious apple punch recipe. This is also a great braces friendly way to enjoy your apples this Fall, it is sugary, so remember to brush 😁 Recipe and photos courtesy of 


(To fit a 2-gallon drink dispenser

2 Gallons of Apple Cider (not spiced) 
12.2 ounces caramel syrup (1 bottle) 
1 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice 
Cinnamon Sticks
Sliced Apples 

Instructions: Pour 3/4 of the 2 gallons of Apple Cider into the drink dispenser.

Add entire bottle of Caramel Syrup

Stir in Pumpkin Spice with a whisk (some may float to the top.)

Serve chilled, warm, or at room temperature. Enjoy!
